DP World is offering an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join our growing Commercial Logistics team based in Melbourne. In this role, you'll take ownership of identifying new business opportunities within a defined vertical or geographic area, converting leads into customers, and expanding DP World's presence through value-added logistics solutions. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to develop tailored offerings, drive revenue growth, and contribute to product innovation.

Key Accountabilities
  • Represent DP World at industry events, client meetings, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric logistics solutions.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and market research.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and strategies for a specific industry vertical or region.

  • Understanding and experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • 5+ year's experience in freight forwarding, specialising in Key Account Management, customer solutions and operations.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial insight with effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Skilled in using CRM platforms along with planning and reporting tools.
  • Results driven, organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
