The Role

You will help lead a team that services:

A thriving Functions & Events space

  • Design flavourful menus that balance creativity, consistency, and customer favourites.
  • Manage budgets, food costs, P&L, and labour costs with precision.
  • Inventory and supplier management.
  • Ensure that food is presented consistently, maintaining taste and quality.
  • Drive food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
  • Keep ahead of food trends and evolving customer expectations.
  • Build supplier relationships and secure the best produce.
  • Motivate, coach, and support your team to reach their full potential.
About You
  • You're a proven culinary leader with at least 5 years' experience as Head or Executive Chef in a large-scale, multi-outlet environment.
  • A flair for creativity and an eye for detail.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, menu planning, and cost control.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills – able to inspire, train, and connect with people at every level.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food and unforgettable experiences.
