We're looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Head Chef to take the reins of our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to combine leadership with creativity, setting the standard for food quality, consistency, and innovation across our brand.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality.
  • Designing, testing, and refining menu items to keep our offering fresh and relevant.
  • Leading, training, and mentoring kitchen staff to build a strong, motivated team.
  • Managing food costs, stock control, and supplier relationships to meet budget targets.
  • Driving compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies.
  • Collaborating with senior management to align kitchen operations with business goals.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or Senior Head Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of food trends, kitchen operations, and cost control.
  • A passion for mentoring chefs and creating a positive kitchen culture.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
