MAZDA hiring for PR/press fleet coordinator

MAZDA Australia is opening its Mulgrave, Melbourne office for a new PR and press fleet coordinator. The position will be on a 12-month contract.

Overview

MAZDA Australia is seeking a PR and press fleet coordinator to support the PR division and Press Fleet, reporting to the senior PR/communications manager. The role focuses on administrative support and ensuring brand messaging is carried across materials.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for MAZDA's PR division and Press Fleet under the guidance of the senior PR/communications manager.
  • Help ensure consistency of brand messaging across materials.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a PR, business administration, or marketing environment.
  • Ability to multitask, mentor if needed, and work well in a team or with minimal supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Adobe software is highly regarded.
