Overview

Join to apply for the Transport / Fleet Coordinator role at Ventia. Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand. In partnership with the Australia Defence Force, we are looking for a Transport / Fleet Coordinator to join the team at HMAS Cerberus located in Crib Point, VIC for a Part-Time (2 Days per week) opportunity. Reporting to the Transport Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to provide admin support to the Transport Supervisor, and coordinate and maintain defence fleet.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Operate and manage company fleet vehicles, designated Defence fleet vehicles and hired vehicles.
  • Manages all functions related to plans, schedules, organising and prioritising multiple requirements within the Transport Fleet.
  • Provide a transport booking service for self-drive vehicles, or driver and vehicle.
  • Ensure vehicles are issued in a clean, fully functional state, with fuel appropriate to meet the task, with appropriate documentation.
  • Ensure vehicle record keeping and documentation is fully maintained and achieved in the appropriate information management systems.
Skills And Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Transport, logistics or supply chain advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in high volume administration
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, outlook, excel, word

To be successful in your application, you must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police check and Defence clearance.
