Join a High-Performing Team as a Vehicle Operations Specialist – Drive Operational Excellence and Customer Experience

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to join our National Vehicle Operations Department as a Vehicle Operations Specialist at our National Head Office in Mulgrave, reporting to one of our Vehicle Operations Managers.

About the role:

As a Vehicle Operations Specialist, you will be a key member of the National Vehicle Operations team, managing both Vehicle Operations tasks and Loan Fleet Vehicle tasks. You will coordinate with internal teams, dealerships, and external suppliers to maintain seamless operations while ensuring our customers are supported during their vehicle service experience.

This position requires a full-time, in-office presence
five days
a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    loan car availability
    for customers, prioritising requests related to
    warranty repairs
    .
  • Monitor
    fleet security
    ,
    vehicle tracking
    , and
    maintenance
    to ensure reliable and efficient service.
  • Oversee the
    end-to-end vehicle lifecycle
    , from ordering and delivery through to auction and disposal.
  • Maintain
    accurate records
    of vehicle locations, usage, and associated documentation.
  • Support the
    Vehicle Operations Team
    with a range of administrative and operational tasks.
  • Drive continuous improvement
    by reviewing processes and implementing enhancements.
