We're seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join a well-established builder delivering large-scale commercial projects across Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark $50M retail refurbishment while developing your career within a supportive and professional team.

Overview

As Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and site team on a major refurbishment project.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Managing project documentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Assisting with project planning, procurement, and scheduling
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
About YouWe're Looking For Someone With
  • 5 years experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within commercial construction
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working with a Tier 3 Builder, preferably in the retail sector
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ambition to develop your career within a dynamic builder
  • Ideally experienced in Jobpac and Procore
