Project Coordinator
to support the delivery of large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects across Australia. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality, innovation, and safety, this is an opportunity to join a company that is shaping the future of steel construction.

The Role:

As a
Project Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from design through to completion. Working closely with the project, design, and operations teams, you'll assist in coordinating design documentation, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review construction and structural documentation and technical specifications.
  • Assist the Design Coordinator with design management and drawing reviews.
  • Coordinate subcontractors onsite, issue and track RFIs, and manage trade-specific variations.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including riggers, suppliers, and operations teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, OH&S, and program requirements.

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience in the construction industry, ideally in steel or structural projects.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with Workbench software (advantageous).
