Project Manager
to join our Melbourne (or Sydney) team and play a key role in delivering high-profile commercial projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a
Client-Side Project Manager
, responsible for managing projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while providing the level of service that our clients have come to expect.
The role will suit someone with proven project management experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for the commercial property and workplace sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction and fitout projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Lead consultant, contractor, and client coordination, with a strong focus on built form and technical detail.
- Administer contracts and oversee compliance documentation.
- Monitor programs, budgets, and risks, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
- Prepare and deliver clear reporting and updates to stakeholders.
- Build and strengthen ON Projects' client relationships and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Key Requirements
- Experience:
3–5 years in a project management role, ideally with exposure to commercial fitouts, refurbishments, or repositioning projects. - Skills:
Strong organisational ability, stakeholder management, clear communication (written and verbal), and proactive problem-solving. - Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Property. - Attributes:
Collaborative, motivated, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects concurrently.
