We are seeking a Business Support Specialist to support the Business Support Team Leader, acting as the central link between internal departments and client-facing staff. With over 200+ cleaners and large contracts with a National Portfolio including elite sporting clubs, education facilities and commercial facilities, this company is looking to add an enthusiastic administrator to help the team move to the next level. Base pay range

A$65,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr

What do you do?

  • Oversees the day-to-day coordination of admin tasks for the cleaning operations
  • Manages onboarding and offboarding processes for cleaning staff
  • Work collaboratively with the Staff Life Cycle team to coordinate scheduling, roster management, onboarding, and offboarding processes while supporting client inductions.
  • Provides first-level support via the central service desk, using Monday.com
  • Identifies, manages, and escalates urgent or high-priority tasks using a portal
  • Monitors and maintains multiple shared inboxes- using Outlook
  • Maintains and updates client and staff databases through Monday.com and Safety Culture
  • Collaborates closely with Operations Managers and Business Managers to support service delivery and team coordination

What do you need?

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Australian driver\'s License and own car
  • Experience using Monday.com software
  • Great work ethic, self-motivated
  • The ability to work autonomously & in a team
  • Immaculate presentation
