Manage a client portfolio as a New Graduate or Provisional Psychologist, providing rehabilitation support with flexible work options and strong team culture.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries.
  • Completing initial assessments and identifying suitable goals.
  • Identifying barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
  • Organising appropriate interventions with stakeholders.
  • Providing vocational counselling and conducting vocational assessments.
  • Attending medical appointments with clients.
  • Completing reports after assessments and meetings.
  • Communicating with medical professionals regarding diagnoses and treatment.
  • Facilitating a safe and timely graduated return to work.
  • Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating with in-house Board approved supervisors and specialised consultants.
  • Participating in regular team activities, social events, and company-wide conferences.
About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4th year Psychology Graduate status.
  • Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor (Graduates with an honours degree in Psychology are eligible).
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist or Psychologist.
  • Car and valid Driver's license.
  • Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
