Our organization is seeking a New Graduate Psychologist to join our team of professionals in providing rehabilitation support with flexible work options and strong culture.

Your role

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing client portfolios with psychological or physical injuries.
  • Completing initial assessments and identifying suitable goals for clients.
  • Identifying barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
  • Organising interventions with stakeholders, including vocational counselling and conducting assessments.
  • Attending medical appointments with clients and communicating with medical professionals regarding diagnoses and treatment.
  • Completing reports after assessments and meetings.
  • Facilitating safe and timely graduated return to work.
  • Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborating with in-house supervisors and consultants.
  • Participating in regular team activities, social events, and company-wide conferences.
About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A 4th year Psychology Graduate status.
  • Associate or Full membership with relevant professional associations.
  • Registration with the appropriate governing body as a Provisional Psychologist or Psychologist.
  • A valid Driver's license.
  • A Police check or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
