About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic New Graduate Psychologist to join our team. As a New Graduate Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in occupational rehabilitation.

  • You will manage a client portfolio as a New Graduate or Provisional Psychologist, providing rehabilitation support with flexible work options and a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries.
  2. Completing initial assessments and identifying suitable goals.
  3. Identifying barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
  4. Organising appropriate interventions with stakeholders.
  5. Providing vocational counselling and conducting vocational assessments.
  6. Attending medical appointments with clients.
  7. Completing reports after assessments and meetings.
  8. Communicating with medical professionals regarding diagnoses and treatment.
  9. Facilitating a safe and timely graduated return to work.
  10. Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
  11. Collaborating with in-house Board approved supervisors and specialised consultants.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You will be a 4th year Psychology Graduate with Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • You will be registered with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist or Psychologist.
  • You will possess a valid Driver's license and Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
  • You will have excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
