
New Graduate Psychology

Manage a client portfolio as a New Graduate or Provisional Psychologist, providing rehabilitation support with flexible work options and strong team culture.
Your roleKey responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries.
- Completing initial assessments and identifying suitable goals.
- Identifying barriers preventing clients from returning to work.
- Organising appropriate interventions with stakeholders.
- Providing vocational counselling and conducting vocational assessments.
- Attending medical appointments with clients.
- Completing reports after assessments and meetings.
- Communicating with medical professionals regarding diagnoses and treatment.
- Facilitating a safe and timely graduated return to work.
- Documenting case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with in-house Board approved supervisors and specialised consultants.
- Participating in regular team activities, social events, and company-wide conferences.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4th year Psychology Graduate status.
- Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor (Graduates with an honours degree in Psychology are eligible).
- Registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist or Psychologist.
- Car and valid Driver's license.
- Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
