The Opportunity

Be a key contributor in shaping TAFE SA's future. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you'll support strategic recruitment efforts that attract and retain top talent - strengthening our reputation as a leading employer in the academic sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team by providing recruitment related guidance and efficient administrative services in collaboration with the Workforce Alignment team.
  • Leverage cutting-edge recruitment platforms to contribute to effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Assist with drafting and posting job ads across platforms, coordinate internal and industry meetings, and support recruitment events.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team by gathering information on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Special Conditions

A valid South Australian DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to commencing employment. Applicants without a current WWCC must apply via the Department of Human Services (DHS).
