Talent Acquisition Administrator role in ADL CBD is a full-time, 3-month contract role offering $40ph plus super. Responsibilities include coordinating pre-employment checks, resolving queries, producing reports, maintaining systems, and managing interviews.

**Talent Acquisition Administrator**
- ADL CBD location
- FT position
- 3 month contract
- $40ph plus super

Provide administrative support throughout the Talent Acquisition process to support the provision of a high performing and customer driven workforce.

**Responsible for**:

- Coordinate pre-employment checks including but not limited to police checks, medicals, qualification checks, right to work, reference checks, psychometric and cognitive assessments.
- Produce, analyse and distribute regular and ad hoc reports.
- Maintain systems such as PageUp, Thrive and AquaNet with accurate information and seek opportunities to improve
- Coordinate interview bookings, panels, rooms and collation of completed interview guides.

**To succeed in this opportunity they will need**
- Experience with high volume recruitment processes (contracts, probity checks, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate across the business
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly computer literate with capabilities in Microsoft Office tools and HR technology platforms
- Ability to work to tight timeframes with limited supervision
- Understanding of Recruitment practices and legislation
- Ability to maintain confidential information
