Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of sourcing and building pipelines of talent across various disciplines.

  • Manage and coordinate recruitment activities to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent for our operations.
  • Prepare and distribute employment contracts and other key documentation to support the recruitment process.
  • Support the development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and organisational charts to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Contribute to the coordination and delivery of seasonal recruitment campaigns to meet business needs.
  • Provide administrative and systems support to recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Monitor recruitment trends and support the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as a desirable employer.
