Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, driving business growth through effective hiring strategies.

About the Role:

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of recruitment through policy and process reform. You will facilitate global talent attraction and improve onboarding processes, maintaining recruitment policy and support materials in line with APS rules and guidelines. Additionally, you will guide hiring managers through recruitment processes, produce recruitment reports and develop metrics to inform business decisions.
