About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is a key role in driving our end-to-end recruitment process across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for our business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across multiple business units, delivering a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage talented individuals.
- Prepare and distribute employment contracts and other relevant documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of attraction and retention strategies.
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and organizational charts.
- Contribute to the coordination and delivery of seasonal recruitment campaigns.
- Provide administrative and systems support to recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Monitor recruitment trends and support the development of employer branding initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and building pipelines of talent across various disciplines.
- Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
