We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Administrator to join one of our government clients for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Administer the recruitment system to ensure recruitment requests are actioned
- Coordinate pre-employment checks
- Coordinate interview bookings, panels, rooms and organisation of completed interview guides
- Build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholder
- General recruitment administration and reporting

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment processes, HR or related areas
- Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office and systems (PageUp, Thrive and AquaNet)
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight timeframes with limited supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently
