Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Onsite position located in Sydney CBD. The Service Desk Onsite role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, managing help desk inquiries, and delivering top-notch service desk support.
The role will require collaboration with other IT team members to resolve issues efficiently and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
