End User Services Technician Role
This role requires a professional with experience in delivering and managing end-user services and infrastructure. You will be part of a team responsible for resolving any issues that arise, providing support and guidance to your colleagues.
The End User Services team supports various technologies, including Windows Workstation OS, O365, Microsoft Office, Collaboration Tools, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop & Access.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of services meets their needs.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems to meet current and future customer demands.
- Identify potential service delivery vulnerabilities and operational risks, implementing adequate measures to mitigate them.
- Advocate for initiatives that enhance scalability, availability, performance, and adoption of new technologies to increase business value.
About You
You will have 4-5 years of experience as an End User Technician, demonstrating a personable approach and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
You will be confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, and able to take a hands-on approach to resolve critical issues.
