End User Services Technician

The role of End User Services Technician involves the operational delivery and management of all end-user services and infrastructure, with a continuous focus on enhancing the experiences of colleagues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, maintain and improve engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the delivery of services meets their needs.
  • Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of processes/systems to deliver current and future customer needs.
  • Identify any critical service delivery vulnerabilities and operational risks and ensure adequate measures are in place.
  • Identify and champion initiatives that enhance scalability, availability, performance and the adoption of new technologies to drive increased business value.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as an End User Technician, demonstrating a personable approach and a strong ability to manage competing priorities with composure.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Proven technology domain expertise including but not limited to Windows 10 and 11 Workstation, SCCM and Mobile Device Management.
  • Experience in incident, problem, change and configuration management.
  • Experience with Endpoint management platforms and Service desk ticketing systems.
