About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join our team as an End User Technician. You will be responsible for the operational delivery and management of all end-user services and infrastructure, with a focus on enhancing the overall experience of our staff.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Windows Workstation OS (Windows 10 and 11), O365, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Active Directory, Follow-me Printing, Remote Desktop & Remote Access, and Third-party Software Installation.
  • Establishing and maintaining engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the delivery of services meets their needs.
  • Assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems to deliver current and future customer needs.
  • Identifying critical service delivery vulnerabilities and operational risks, and ensuring adequate measures are in place.
  • Championing initiatives that enhance scalability, availability, performance, and the adoption of new technologies to drive increased business value.

We are looking for a candidate who has 4-5 years of experience as an End User Technician, with a personable approach and a strong ability to manage competing priorities with composure. You should be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, and have a hands-on approach to resolve critical issues.

You will also have proven technology domain expertise, including but not limited to Windows 10 and 11 workstation, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management experience. Additionally, you should have experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management, Endpoint Management platforms, and Service Desk Ticketing Systems. Demonstrated knowledge of IT Service Delivery along with driving continuing service improvements is essential.

  • Experience working with Windows 10 and 11 workstations.
  • Familiarity with SCCM and Mobile Device Management.
  • Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
  • Experience with Endpoint Management platforms and Service Desk Ticketing Systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT Service Delivery.
