
End User Services Technician

This is a high-potential role where you will provide first-class technical support to end users by assisting clients with hardware and software issues.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues on hardware, software, and mobile devices reported by end users. You will also be required to deploy laptops and desktops, set up conference rooms, and manage assets.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing remote and onsite technical support to end users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
- Deploying laptops and desktops.
- Setting up conference rooms.
- Managing assets.
- Establishing successful long-term relationships with internal customers.
- Researching, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Communicating outages and changes to stakeholders.
Qualifications include:
- Experience in a medium to large business environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent time management, planning, organization, and administrative skills.
- Flexibility to work in a high-volume faced-paced environment.
- Experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding deadline management skills with the ability to adjust with flexible priorities.
