Product Support Advisor

Overview

Liebherr Mining is seeking an experienced Product Support Advisor to join our team at customer mine sites at Mt Arthur South. In this role, you\'ll provide field and technical support to our customers, ensuring their Liebherr excavators operate at peak performance. You\'ll be a problem-solver, a skilled technician, and a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults on Liebherr excavators (models include R9350, R9400, R996/B, and R9800).
• Assist with major and minor services to site machines.
• Manage warranty jobs and support with site claim submissions.
• Conduct machine health assessments and generate comprehensive reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation (timesheets, maintenance requests, site-specific reports).
• Promote Liebherr as a solutions provider, exceeding customer expectations.
• Ensure clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders, keeping them informed of all relevant information.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and tradespeople.
• Coach and mentor Liebherr and customer technicians.

About You

• Trade Qualified - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (AUR31220-01) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise with Liebherr excavators or similar equipment is highly regarded.
• Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Strong customer support experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to quality execution.
• A current driver\'s license.

• Additional Low Voltage Training
• MDG25 certification
• Working at Heights certification
• Certificate IV Engineering (Fluid Power)
