Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations to ensure efficient and effective services.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for guests, answer phone calls, and handle enquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, update records, and maintain databases.
  • Handle mail, stationery, and office supplies, as well as weekly grocery deliveries and other operational tasks.
  • Support building facilities by coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with relevant parties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role, with excellent people skills and customer service.
  • Strong organizational and proactive approach, able to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office products and databases, with a willingness to support the business and colleagues.
