About the Practice

Smile Time Orthodontics is a well-established specialist orthodontic practice with four offices in metropolitan Perth. We are seeking a lead receptionist to join our Fremantle practice. The role requires 4-5 days per week.

We are a modern, dynamic, patient-centered practice focused on achieving the best orthodontic results, health care, and service for our patients.

We have a highly skilled, experienced, and friendly team.

What we are looking for
  • a positive, confident and friendly manner and with excellent communication skills
  • the ability to work independently and with our team members
  • enjoys busy environments and patient communication roles
  • previous dental experience preferred
  • sound computer/IT skills
Role responsibilities
  • being the first point of contact for new and existing patients, both telephone and email enquiries
  • managing the appointment scheduling
  • Patient reception and greeting
  • Invoicing and receipting payments
  • Drafting letters
  • Daily banking
  • Liaising with other receptionists and treatment coordinators
  • Whilst the role is centered in Fremantle, the ability to assist in all four of our Perth practices is required.
