About the Role

  • You're the friendly face of our practice, greeting and welcoming patients
  • Manage the phones, schedule appointments, and process payments
  • Update and maintain patient information
  • Support the wider team with additional administrative tasks
  • Build rapport and provide excellent customer service

About You

  • Previous experience in a Reception or Front Desk role
  • Background in Medical or Dental is a bonus but not essential
  • Upbeat, positive, and bring a can-do attitude to the team
  • You're a genuine person, warm and engaging and able to build rapport
  • Strong attention to detail and technically savvy
