Smile Time Orthodontics is a well-established specialist orthodontic practice with four offices in metropolitan Perth.
We are seeking a lead receptionist to join our team in our Fremantle practice.
The role requires 4-5 days per week.
We are a modern, dynamic, patient-centered practice focused on achieving the best orthodontic results, health care, and service for our patients.
We have a highly skilled, experienced, and friendly team.
We are looking for someone with:
- a positive, confident and friendly manner and with excellent communication skills
- the ability to work independently and with our team members
- enjoys busy environments and patient communication roles
- previous dental experience preferred
- sound computer/IT skills
The role will involve
- being the first point of contact for new and existing patients, both telephone and email enquiries
- managing the appointment scheduling
- Patient reception and greeting
- Invoicing and receipting payments
- Drafting letters
- Daily banking
- Liaising with other receptionists and treatment coordinators
Whilst the role is centered in Fremantle, the ability to assist in all four of our Perth practices is required.
