About The Opportunity
As a
Receptionist
you will put your communication and people skills to work in this
part-time role
. Ideally, you'll be available for
afternoon shifts
and keen to join our supportive team in
Belmont, WA.

In This Position, You Can Expect To
- Seamlessly answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring smooth communication.
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a smile, ensuring every interaction is met with excellence.
- Keep address logs, spreadsheets updated and handle ad hoc tasks to support smooth team operations.
- Maintain office spaces to a high standard, creating a pleasant environment for everyone.
- Liaise with stakeholders, prepare client documentation, and respond to client queries.
- Apply your systems know-how by getting up to speed with our software.
- Coordinate appointments and prepare meeting materials.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude.

- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Previous experience in a financial, legal, accounting or professional services industry will be highly regarded
