The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty.

The AI Business Solutions Global Customer Success team is looking for an experienced Director of Delivery Lead Asia to lead our growth plan for our AI Business Solutions portfolio.

This role will partner closely with the AI Business Solutions Core team across Global Customer Success (GCS) and in partnership with global field leaders. It will also work with key partner organizations including Finance, Sales, FastTrack and ISD to optimize the business and drive key initiatives both regionally and scale outbound globally.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy
    Develop a deep understanding of the AI Business solution portfolio and how it transforms our customer's business priorities and objectives. Using that knowledge identify key drivers to enhance the outcomes delivered by the AI Business Solutions portfolio. Align closely with internal teams including Business Architects, Sales Teams, Marketing and finance to ensure rapid adoption and deployment of key programs and initiatives.
  • Problem Solving & Judgement
    Synthesizes understanding and findings quickly to determine best practices and/or adjustments needed. Working directly with other teams develops options to scale quickly into other areas taking into account local conditions that could impact efficacy.
  • Communication
    Communicates and advocates strategy and insights to senior business leaders (e.g., GM-level, CVP) and conveys viewpoints through simple and consistent frameworks. Use executive presence to drive influence for broader execution at scale. Communicates changes clearly to stakeholders and field teams. Delivers learnings, recommendations, and implications to senior executives to facilitate ongoing feedback loop.
  • Business Management
    Show command of the overall AI Business Solutions Portfolio with an emphasis on AI Workforce. Understand key levers for growth, how they relate to the data and be able to prioritize which efforts lead to fastest customer adoption and value. Be the subject matter expert on regional performance with depth in each area that is either overperforming or underperforming, leveraging knowledge to impact regional performance and global performance based on learnings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, economics, and/or partner organization experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 2+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., scaling a business, management consulting).
  • Previously have experience as a Business Architect, Product Marketing or Customer facing role at Microsoft
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., scaling a business, incubation, driving change in a large company, entrepreneurship).
  • 4+ years experience in, Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.
