As the Senior Regional Manager for South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, you will play a vital role in our ambitious growth journey. We have been innovating since 2001, challenging conventions to deliver solutions that make sport fairer, safer, more engaging and better informed.

Your wide-ranging responsibilities will see you lead our operational business, collaborating with Senior Management to create strategic growth in the region. You will strive to ensure operational delivery is faultless across the region and ensure the team's implementation is of the highest standard for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as General Manager across South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand
  • Creating an environment that enables our people and technologies to succeed championing excellence
  • Working with the Senior Management Team to identify and implement the strategic direction of all managed services
  • Continually reviewing the operational model, striking the right balance between efficiency, client satisfaction, operational excellence and profitability
  • Fully understanding the contractual agreements and Service Level Agreements with clients, and ensuring they are delivered in full

Strategic Growth & Business Planning:

  • Identifying, pursuing and driving medium and long term growth across the region
  • Taking full accountability to deliver on the strategy, including annual targets
  • Being fully accountable for the profitability of the region, including revenue, gross profit and operating profit

Client Relationships:

  • Managing major client relationships within the region
  • Building the reputation of Hawk-Eye, Pulselive and Sony

Leadership:

  • Building successful and productive relationships with teams in the regions, including functions within HQ
  • Continuing to build an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
