The Role:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to regional support teams in Asia, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day operations.\
  • Work closely with peers globally to ensure consistent and high-quality support.\
  • Mentor, coach, and grow engineers and managers on the support team.\
  • Act as an escalation manager for Asia, driving issue resolution and managing communications.\
  • Develop and foster strategic relationships with key customers.\\(\/ul)\

  • Handle customer escalations with strong customer service experience.\
  • Communicate effectively and creatively with stakeholders.\

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Application Support or Engineering Support.\
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience building and managing cross-regional teams.\
