About your new job

A bustling position, with a fantastic team where no 2 days are the same Your duties will include but not be limited to –

•Receptionist duties for both reception desk,
Covering breaks and absences for the front-of-house team, totaling 2.5 hours daily.

•Supervise and lead the Front of House team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

•Oversee Front of House training, performance, and development plans.

•Assist in front-of-house employee recruitment to build a cohesive team.

•Manage Front of House daily operations, ensuring adherence to procedures.

•Create and manage weekday and weekend front-of-house rosters, including annual leave.

•Handle gift inventory and stock procurement.

•Provide support to the Customer Relationship Manager.

•Perform general clerical and administrative tasks.

About you

•You will be mature-minded and will set a positive example for your team in every way

•Proven experience in reception and administrative desk

•You will be a committed member of the team and a demonstrated organisational genius.

•You will be immaculately presented and have great communication skills.

•Have the confidence and credibility to liaise with management, staff, and a discerning customer base.

•Experience with team leadership or supervision will be highly regarded
