Prompt Engineering has been a leading engineering consultancy since 2009, dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our community & industry. We proudly promote a family-friendly, inclusive working environment for our team within a collaborative, open-space office located in Wangara.

We are currently on the hunt for a confident and professional Receptionist to provide an outstanding first point of contact for all clients as well as stakeholders. Working part-time on Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will be helping to maintain smooth front-office operations and providing a high standard of customer service.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people in a professional and respectful manner.

About The Role

  • Answering phones in a professional manner, providing information and transferring/screening calls as necessary
  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams (data entry, filing, scanning, mail handling)
  • Assist with job bookings and client queries received via phone, email or through our company portal as required
  • Assist with basic office coordination tasks as required
