We're looking for a motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our expanding commercial real estate agency in Wollongong. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and an interest in the real estate industry to be part of a supportive, fast-paced, and successful team.

About The Role

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of our agency. In addition to front desk responsibilities, you'll support our Sales, Leasing, and Property Management teams with a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and handle general enquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and pantry stock levels
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform data entry, records management, and archiving
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and general office remain clean and presentable

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or similar front-desk role is essential
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Professional presentation and a warm, friendly manner
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office programs
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
