The opportunity

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on students' academic journeys? UNSW College is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Diploma Administration Coordinator to join our Student and Program Administration Team. This role is central to delivering outstanding support services for students enrolled in UNSW College and UNSW Diplomas.

As the Diploma Administration Coordinator, you'll be the key liaison between students and support teams, ensuring every student feels informed, supported, and empowered. You'll manage academic progress and course variations, respond to student enquiries with care and professionalism, and help foster a welcoming environment where students can thrive and feel a strong sense of belonging.
