Job Title: Coordinator & Administrative Support Specialist

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operation of the OSHC service.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Support staff management and maintain compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with families and the school community to provide a safe environment for children.
Requirements:
  • Completed or actively studying a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (Minimum Diploma in Children Services).
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting programming and a passion for providing quality childcare.
  • Effective administration and correct documentation experience in an OSHC service.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
  • NQF knowledge advantageous.
