Counselling Program Coordinator

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in the Diploma of Counselling and Community Services program.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching and Learning: Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Academic Leadership: Coordinate academic programs, lead academic teams, and ensure high-quality educational outcomes.
- Professional Engagement: Foster relationships with industry partners, maintain expertise in counselling and community services, and stay up-to-date with relevant research and best practices.
- Postgraduate qualification (Master's or Doctoral) in Counselling or a related discipline is required.
- Higher education teaching experience with demonstrated excellence in online and face-to-face delivery is essential.
- Experience coordinating academic programs and supporting student outcomes is highly valued.
- Strong disciplinary knowledge and ability to apply real-world insights to teaching are crucial.
