On behalf of our client, a reputable Private Equity firm based in Perth, we are seeking a Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join the team on a part time permanent basis. This role is based onsite at their Kings Park office.
You will act as the sole Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to the Founder and Directors, including calendar and inbox management. In addition, you will offer light administrative support to the broader team and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You'll be joining a close-knit, intelligent, and grounded team who foster a supportive working environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior EA experience supporting senior executives, ideally within private equity or professional services. You must possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and understand the fast-paced nature of a private equity environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide executive support to senior leaders, including inbox and calendar management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transport
- Manage and process expenses for senior executives
- Organise internal and external meetings with key stakeholders
- Act as the first point of contact for external enquiries, including screening and redirecting calls
- Format documents, prepare presentations, and assist with board packs
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and professional environment
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to make sound decisions
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
- Prior experience in a private equity or professional services firm is highly regarded
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
