About this opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator for a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will make a positive impact on our business.

About you:
  • Self-motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required
  • Strong focus on safety and quality
  • Previous experience operating evaporators and dryers in the food industry is preferred
  • Exceptional fault finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication skills with a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
  • Sound numeracy and literacy skills
  • SAP system experience will be highly regarded
  • Dedicated, flexible, and adaptable to various work rosters
  • Attention to detail and ability to build positive relationships within the business
