Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator for a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will make a positive impact on our business.
  2. About you:
    We require a team-oriented, highly skilled Operator who is:
  3. Self-motivated; able to work shift work and overtime as required.
  4. Strong focus on safety and quality.
  5. Experience operating evaporators and dryers in the food industry is preferred.
  6. Exceptional fault finding and troubleshooting skills.
  7. Effective communication skills and a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.
  8. Sound numeracy and literacy skills are required.
  9. SAP system experience will be highly regarded.
  10. You are dedicated, flexible, adaptable to various work rosters, attentive to detail, and capable of building positive relationships within the business.
