As a Production Operator/Cheesemaker, you will be responsible for performing manual duties such as fresh ingredient preparation, mixing, and general cleaning in our Jindivick plant. You will work closely with the production team to ensure the smooth operation of the cheese-making process.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Preparing fresh ingredients for cheese making, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Mixing and handling cheese products according to recipes and quality control procedures.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas to prevent contamination and maintain hygiene standards.
- Monitoring and reporting any issues affecting work results or product quality.
We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in food manufacturing and dairy products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility to work rotating shifts, and knowledge of hygiene standards.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety and GMP standards.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
