Production Operator/Cheesemaker

Our goal is to hire a skilled Production Operator/Cheesemaker who can take ownership of their tasks and deliver high-quality results.
About the Role- We are seeking an experienced Production Operator/Cheesemaker to join our team at the Jindivick Plant.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a diverse range of skills, develop their expertise, and make a positive impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform manual tasks including fresh ingredient preparation, mixing, general cleaning, and cheese making.
- Plan and organize own work tasks, prioritize and monitor performance.
- Meet scheduling outcomes and identify/report issues affecting work outcomes.
- Maintain health and safety in the work area and follow quality control procedures.
- You have experience in food manufacturing, specifically in production areas.
- Desirable experience in dairy products.
- You possess good communication skills and flexibility for rotating shifts and overtime.
