We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator to join our team in a full-time permanent position. The successful candidate will have a positive impact on our business.

About you
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work shift work and overtime as required.
  • Strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Previous experience operating evaporators and dryers in the food industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional fault finding and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • SAP system experience is highly regarded.
  • Dedicated, flexible, and adaptable to various work rosters.
  • Attention to detail and ability to build positive relationships within the business.
