We're pleased to invite applications from committed team players who want to join a dynamic fun team in a role as a Client (Owners Corporation) Manager within the Quantum Group.

Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in owners corporation management are actively invited to apply for the role.

We are looking for inspiring, motivated, passionate, community-minded individuals to join our team.

Head office is based in Williams Landing, but we also have an established client base in the South East, so we welcome applicants from this area where we can set up a flexible work arrangement.

These roles are responsible for the O/C operations of large-scale residential communities and receive support from our passionate team.

Responsibilities include:

• Committee Operations including meetings
• AGM Operations including chairing of meetings
• Conduct onsite audits and inspections
• Contractor Supervision
• Client Communications
• Engaging, personable & a passion for problem-solving
• Good O/C Legislative knowledge
• Versatility to adapt to improved systems and processes
• Ability to prioritise and plan workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
• Ambitious, motivated & passionate about the industry
• Enjoy a team-oriented collaborative culture

Remuneration would be negotiable subject to your experience. A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in this or a similar role is required. Applicants must have a current driver's license and will be required to undergo a police check.
