Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Owners Corporation Manager based in South Melbourne, VIC. The Senior Owners Corporation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Owners Corporations. Key responsibilities include managing owners' corporation meetings, budget preparation and financial management, maintenance coordination, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The role also involves liaising with owners, residents, service providers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure optimal operations.

  • Strong skills in financial management and budget preparation
  • Experience in maintenance coordination and operational oversight
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and dispute resolution skills
  • Knowledge of compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prior experience in Owners Corporation management is highly desirable
