Role expectations:

The work experience will evolve; there will be challenges, rewarding moments, and opportunities to build relationships and earn respect.

The role is busy and largely administrative, involving emails, phone calls, and online meetings, which are opportunities to showcase your work. You will receive thorough training and support for meetings.

We encourage flexible communication styles (phone, email, SMS) aimed at efficient problem-solving. These skills are developed over time, regardless of experience level.

The work hours are generally from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours meetings. Early efforts in learning are quickly rewarded.

How we support you:

Our structure promotes support and ongoing development. Peer assistance is encouraged and appreciated. We centralize repetitive tasks to allow focus on high-level service. We also provide regular training, both internal and external, led by industry experts.

Most work is done at our Surrey Hills office, conveniently near the train station, but remote work may be possible by agreement.

You:

You can expect an initial salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 plus super, if you have:

  • Experience in an office environment (not necessarily in owners corporation management).
  • A tertiary qualification.
  • A clear police check (required for industry registration).
  • Proficiency with technology.
  • Permanent residency or on the path to obtaining it.
