The Position

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our Melbourne team. Reporting to the Victorian General Manager, this is a full-time position offering great career development and support.

Whether you're currently in Owners Corporation, Property Management, or Facilities Management, if you have a passion for property and building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.

In this roll you will manage a portfolio of schemes with a dedicated experienced Assistant Owners Corporation Manager who assist you into the position where you will be responsible for:

� Attending meetings and preparing minutes

� Building strong relationships with Committees

� Providing practical, solutions-focused advice to clients

� Preparing annual budgets and reviewing financial reports (training provided)

� Managing correspondence and resolving client queries

Ensuring compliance with legislative requirementsWe support all our people with full industry specific training delivered through our Chief Learning and Development Officer.  This training is ongoing and on-tap when you need it.

About You

You're someone who thrives in a client-focused role and enjoys working in a team-oriented, professional environment. You're proactive, confident, and ready to grow with an organisation that supports your development.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Prior experience in Owners Corporation Management or a related property field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational, time management, and negotiation abilities
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality client service
  • Competence with (or the ability to learn) StrataMax and Microsoft Office Suite
